Narrow a job output to the plugin job's inline envelope.
Structural, and structural is enough: the envelope exists precisely so the
plugin's own unknown payload is addressable without collapsing
AnyJobOutput (see PluginJobOutput's doc comment), so the three
platform-owned fields around result are what identifies it. A reference
output never passes — it carries kind: 's3' and none of these fields.
